01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and yn777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yn777 online gaming platform, accessible at yn777.vu.

03 Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold one account only on yn777. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number. You must keep your account information up to date — if any of your registered details change, update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

yn777 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account process. KYC is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and a document confirming your address. These checks exist to protect your account and the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on yn777 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are funded through local Philippine payment channels including bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet and local e-wallets. No foreign currencies are accepted on the platform.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funding your yn777 account from an account belonging to someone else — are not permitted.

• Deposits are credited to your yn777 balance once the payment is confirmed through the payment channel.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Your KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• yn777 does not accept deposits or fund gaming activity via credit cards or cryptocurrency.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the platform's deposit and withdrawal screens.
• yn777 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to believe the account or transaction is unusual.

05 Betting Rules & Gaming Conduct

Your use of the yn777 gaming platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and fish games — is governed by these general conduct rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each category.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. Where an event is abandoned or postponed beyond a reasonable period, yn777's settlement rules for that specific sport apply.
• Slot and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer results respectively. These outcomes are final.
• yn777 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of system error, data feed error, or circumstances beyond normal operating conditions that materially affected the bet.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or promotional systems in a way that is not consistent with fair play may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Colluding with other players or using automated tools (bots) to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

06 Account Suspension & Termination

yn777 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are found to have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• We receive credible information that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• A regulatory or legal instruction requires us to restrict your account.

You may also close your yn777 account at any time by contacting support at support@yn777.vu. Upon account closure, any pending verified withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method. Balances from accounts suspended due to a terms breach are subject to review and may be forfeited.
